PACIFIC VILLA PLACE

Pacific Villa Place, located at 700 North Stoneman Avenue in the City of Alhambra, is a residential townhome development on a 3.27-acre property that is the former site of Marguerite Gardens, an independent senior residential facility. Given the scale and character of the neighborhood, an attached housing design was used to create a character consistent with single family residences. The 79-unit townhome community is divided into four distinct neighborhoods designed in unique architectural styles: Craftsman, French, Spanish, and Tuscan. Pacific Villa Place is located adjacent to the prestigious City of San Marino and is just two blocks from the prominent Huntington Drive.
