Pacific Square San Gabriel, located at the former cultivation land of the San Gabriel Nursery & Florist, is a 5-story, mixed-use development with 243 multifamily residential units, 8 live-work units, and a retail shopping center. The retail element is the main community focal point of the project and will offer more than 75,500 square feet of dining and retail space, along with 13,000 square feet of live-work space facing a Central Park area programmed with community events and and public art. This signature project will be a catalyst for greater community investment in San Gabriel and along the San Gabriel Boulevard commercial corridor.
