Pacific Plaza Monterey Park, located at 400 North Atlantic Boulevard in the City of Monterey Park, is a 5-story, mixed-use development with hotel, retail, and residential uses that will replace an antiquated 55 room hotel and 13-unit apartment complex. The project will offer 5,381 square feet of new restaurant space, 136 hotel rooms, and 84 multifamily residential units on a 2.03-acre site located in what is quickly becoming Monterey Park’s entertainment and hospitality hub. The project’s 136-room hotel will be part of a renowned global hotel chain.
