MONTEREY BAY SQUARE

Monterey Bay Square, located at the northeast corner of Monterey Street and Bay State Street in the City of Alhambra, is a 6-story, mixed-use development with 62 multifamily residential units and 20,000 square feet of retail and restaurants. The project continues the urban revitalization of Alhambra’s Main Street commercial corridor and is a complementary addition to the Alhambra Place shopping center, including the project’s 5-tier parking structure, serving both the project and surrounding uses, including Alhambra Place.
